No KYC vs no AML
“No KYC” usually means you do not upload ID. AML (anti–money laundering) screening is separate: it scores wallets, checks transaction history, and may block deposits. Anonymous Swap does neither.
What KYC typically requires
Know Your Customer flows collect legal name, documents, and sometimes selfies or proof of address. That creates an account tied to your identity for every future trade.
What AML screening does
AML tools analyze on-chain history, mixers, sanctions lists, and risk scores. Coins can be rejected even when you never submitted ID. No-KYC alone does not guarantee your deposit will be accepted.
Anonymous Swap’s stance
We do not ask for accounts or documents, and we do not run AML wallet scoring or source-of-funds checks. Your coins are not flagged or blocked based on their history. Pair that with short-lived order data (72 hours) and optional PGP receipts.
