Zashi wallet guide
Zashi is a mobile-oriented wallet aimed at making shielded Zcash more approachable. If you use it alongside Anonymous Swap, treat deposit and receive networks as strictly separate steps.
What Zashi helps with
It streamlines shielded ZEC receive and send flows compared with older desktop-only setups. Back up recovery material offline before funding the wallet.
Using it with swaps
If an order pays out ZEC, paste a Zashi address of the correct type. If you deposit from another chain into XMR, Zashi is not involved — use a Monero wallet for that payout.
When to prefer Monero
Some users want a single privacy asset with broad swap liquidity. In that case, swap into XMR and store funds in Cake, Feather, or the official Monero wallet instead of maintaining multiple privacy stacks.
